Not only is it the first facility in Taiwan, but also the third establishment in Asia that fully incorporates “Destination Porsche” concepts into its architecture. Designed with “community” in mind, the new Porsche Centre Hsinchu provides an enhanced customer experience via digitized and individualized communication, as well as an accentuated flexibility and the Porsche brand experience.

Han Sung Motor has completed the relocation of its Head Office to Han Sung Motor Tower in Bangbae, Seoul.
Occupying four floors from the 7th to 10th, the new Head Office is designed to inspire productivity, collaboration and efficiency for both teams as well as individual staff members. Staff can take advantage of two special areas designed and zoned for “Focus” and for “Collaboration”.
The Focus zone is an enhanced workspace that offers natural light from a skylight high above. Individuals and smaller teams can get work done in this zone without the usual distraction of a closed office environment.
The Collaboration zone is located at the centre of each floor with a meeting room specially designed for impromptu discussions as well as brainstorming sessions. For those expecting an important call, a phone booth integrated into the design of the meeting room for privacy is an unusual but welcomed feature.
On the top floor are conference rooms, a cafeteria and a rooftop garden with specially designed nooks and corners for more impromptu discussions. An ideal setting for office events, it also serves as a breathing space and a refreshing retreat for staff.
