- Entered China as regional distributor and retailer of Mercedes-Benz with outlets in Shanghai, Tianjin and Dalian
Financial Services - Hong Kong SAR
- Lei Shing Hong Securities Limited was incorporated in Hong Kong SAR in 1993
1994
Machinery - Chinese Mainland
- Became authorised dealer for Caterpillar in Anhui, Henan, Hubei, Jiangsu, Shandong, Zhejiang provinces and Shanghai
1996
Automobile - South Korea
- Acquired Korea Han Sung Motors automobile distribution in South Korea
1997
Automobile - Taiwan Region
- Acquired Taiwan CMI automobile distribution in Taiwan Region
1998
Financial Services - Hong Kong SAR
- Established Lei Shing Hong Credit Limited for the Group’s lending and credit business activities

- The new landmark Breakfast Creek Wharf unveiled in upscale Brisbane is Lei Shing Hong Group's first-ever luxury retail development and is home to the new Mercedes-Benz Brisbane which is the largest Mercedes-Benz dealership in the Southern Hemisphere
Automobile - United Kingdom
- Opened Mercedes-Benz of Erdington in Birmingham, the largest dealership of LSH Auto UK dedicated to Mercedes-Benz approved used cars
- Opened its latest state-of-the-art flagship at Brighton Road, Stockport, Greater Manchester, which will be one of Europe's biggest Mercedes-Benz dealerships
