At this year’s BYD Dealer Conference in Oberjoch, Germany, on September 22, 2026, STERNAUTO was honored with two prestigious awards: “Dealer of the Year” and “Service Excellence Partner.”
With more than 400 representatives from BYD’s German dealer network in attendance, the conference focused on the strategic development of the brand, future growth opportunities, and the continued strengthening of the partnership between BYD and its dealer network. Customer centricity, operational excellence, and the continuous improvement of processes were key priorities.
For STERNAUTO, these awards represent strong recognition of the performance and commitment of our teams across sales and service. They reflect the high standards we have set for our operations and, above all, the dedication and professionalism of our people.
As part of our ongoing commitment to supporting local communities, the LSH Credit UK team recently spent a rewarding day volunteering at Little Nest Rescue, a charity dedicated to rescuing, rehabilitating and rehoming vulnerable animals.
The day provided an opportunity for colleagues to step away from their usual routines and contribute directly to the charity's important work. Working together, the team assisted with a variety of practical tasks around the rescue centre, helping to maintain the facilities and support the ongoing care of the animals.
The experience highlighted the value of teamwork, community engagement and giving back. Beyond the tasks completed on the day, it was an opportunity for colleagues to strengthen connections, learn more about the challenges faced by animal welfare organisations, and make a meaningful contribution to a local cause.
德惠利星行希望小学是利星行汽车携手北京青基会于2011年援建落成的希望学校之一。此后十五年间，长春之星与利星行（长春）持续关注校园发展，针对学校不同阶段的实际需求，在美育教学、校园设施、防疫医疗等方面提供支持，逐步改善乡村小学的办学条件。
2026年7月，校方反映多间教室因长年使用，墙面大面积泛黄发黑、墙皮脱落，光线昏暗的环境影响了学生的身心健康。长春之星与利星行（长春）实地走访后，随即启动教室墙面翻新公益项目，对老旧墙体统一铲除、找平、整体粉刷。经半个月施工，教室墙面焕然一新，采光明显改善，课堂环境重回清爽明亮。
十五年来，长春之星与利星行（长春）将希望学校的长效帮扶纳入门店常态化公益规划，持续跟进校园需求，用一件件具体的事，把承诺落到实处。
